What is greaseproof paper?
Greaseproof paper is a paper sized at the mill so that fat beads on the surface instead of soaking in.
Grease-resistant sheets, wax and paraffin paper, glassine, freezer paper, loaf liners and soap wraps, printed with your logo in one to four colors. Food-safe inks, a written quote and a free proof before anything prints.

Six steps, one contact. Most first orders go from first email to your door in under three weeks.

Pick a real sheet, add your logo and see it in place before you ask for a quote. The picture goes with your request, so the proof starts from what you already saw.

Who orders from us, and what they usually take.
Hot food leaks three things: fat, water and steam. Plain kraft soaks up the first two in a minute and goes translucent, so the bag under it goes greasy and the customer's hand does too.
Greaseproof paper stops that at the fiber. The pulp is beaten until the fibers are short and tangled, then sized so the sheet has almost no open pores. Fat sits on the surface as beads instead of wicking along the fiber, and the sheet stays opaque and dry to the touch.
Because the barrier is in the paper, not on it, there is nothing to melt. Oven-safe grades take up to 400°F in typical use, so the same sheet lines a hot basket, wraps a burger for a lamp hold and goes under a slice for a reheat. Wax papers cannot do that; they are for the cold counter.
The trade-off is moisture over time. A greaseproof sheet will hold a hot sandwich for a lunch service but will not keep a cut cheese from drying over a week. For that job the wax and paraffin papers take over.
You do not need to know the paper name. Send us what you are wrapping, a rough weekly count and a logo file, and a photo of the item if you have one. We reply with a written quote within one business day, naming the paper, the weight and the size we would use and why.
Nothing is charged at this stage. Once you approve the quote we build a free design proof: your artwork laid on the sheet at real size, with the repeat spacing and the cut lines drawn in. Change the color, move the logo, swap the size. Edits are unlimited and the proof is a PDF you can share with your team.
After you sign off the proof, printing takes 4 to 6 business days. Delivery is free and tracked to US addresses in 2 to 3 business days, and the cases arrive labeled with your item name and count. Payment is by invoice after you approve the quote and proof. The minimum is 1,000 sheets or one roll, and we keep your artwork on file so a reorder is one email. None. Hot food wants a grease-resistant sheet with no wax, because waxed papers go clear and sticky under a heat lamp.
Oven-safe grades take up to about 400°F in typical use, which covers reheating, baking in a liner and lining a sheet pan.
