What we do
We print custom greaseproof paper, wax and paraffin paper, glassine, freezer paper, pan liners and soap wraps for businesses in the US. Every order carries the buyer's own artwork, printed in one to four food-safe ink colors.
The buyers are the people who hand food across a counter: burger bars, delis, bakeries, cafés, butchers, cheese shops, candy makers, food trucks and caterers. Soap makers use the same papers for a different job, keeping scent in and oil off the label.
We are a small team. The person who answers your quote request is usually the person who checks your proof and books your delivery. There is no sales desk between you and the people who know the paper.
What we do not do
We do not list prices, because a 1,000-sheet one-color job and a 50,000-sheet four-color job share nothing but the paper. Each request is quoted in writing within one business day, and that quote is the price.
We do not print plastic film, foil, boxes or labels. If your packaging needs more than paper, we say so rather than stretch.
We do not run an open counter, and we deliver only to US addresses. We never print without an approved proof, even when the buyer is in a hurry; the proof costs nothing and saves a reprint.
How a job runs
You send the paper, the size, the color count and the quantity. We reply with a written quote; if you accept it, we build a free design proof with your logo at true scale on the sheet.
You can ask for as many edits as you like. Once you approve the proof, we invoice the job, print it in 4–6 business days and ship it tracked to your door in 2–3 more.
If anything arrives misprinted or damaged, you tell us within 10 days with photos and we reprint or refund it. The shipping and lead times page sets out each stage with its timing.
What we print on
Greaseproof sheets for anything hot and oily, from a burger under a heat lamp to a basket of fried chicken. Dry wax and paraffin papers for sandwiches, cheese and deli slices that stay cool.
Glassine for cookies, candy and anything that must not stick. Freezer paper for the butcher's case and the hunter's chest freezer. Pre-formed liners for loaf pans, trays and air fryer baskets.
Every paper has four typical sizes and a weight range on its page. If yours is not there, we cut it to order. The full list of papers shows the typical sizes side by side, so you can compare before you ask.
Why we quote in writing
A written quote pins down the paper, weight, size, ink count, quantity and delivery before any money moves. It is the document you check the invoice against, and the one we check the proof against.
It also keeps us honest. Paper prices move, and a number given over the phone on Monday may not hold on Friday. A dated quote does, for the period printed on it.
If you would rather see your logo on the paper before you ask, use Design Your Greaseproof Paper. Drop the logo on a real photo of the sheet, size it, and send the picture with the request. The proof starts from what you already saw.
