Cut sheets are wrapped in reams and packed flat in corrugated cartons, so the edges arrive straight and the print face is protected. Rolls are end-capped and boxed, or shrink-wrapped on a pallet for larger counts.
Each carton is labeled with the paper, the size, the count and your order number. If one carton of a multi-carton order is missing, the label tells you which.
Pre-formed liners and bags ship nested in sleeves inside the carton. Keep cartons off wet floors; a damp carton turns wax paper cloudy.
A tracking link is emailed the day the cases leave. It shows every scan until delivery, so you can see when to expect the driver.
Deliveries go to US street addresses only; a PO box cannot take cartons. If the address needs a liftgate or a loading dock, tell us on the quote form and we book the right service.

Open the cartons on the day they arrive. Photograph the outer box, the label and the damaged paper before you throw anything away.
