10 questions

How long does a written quote take?

You get a written quote by email within one business day. Most requests are answered sooner, and the quote names the person who priced it.

What do I need to include in a quote request?

The paper, the size, the number of ink colors and the quantity.

Can I ask for a quote without a finished logo?

Yes. Describe the print you have in mind and we quote on the color count and coverage.

Does asking for a quote commit me to an order?

No. A quote is an offer in writing, and nothing starts until you accept it.

Can I get a price for several quantities at once?

Yes, ask for two or three quantity breaks in the same request.

Is there a smallest quantity you will quote?

Yes, the minimum is 1,000 sheets or 1 roll per design. Below that the setup makes each sheet too costly, so we hold the line there.

How long does the quote stay valid?

Each quote carries its own date and holds for the period printed on it.

What happens after I accept the quote?

We ask for your artwork and build a free design proof. You get a PDF of your logo at true scale on the sheet, and nothing prints until you approve it.

Can I change the quantity after the quote is sent?

Yes, any time before the proof is approved. Tell us the new number and we reissue the quote in writing so the invoice matches.

Who sends the quote, and how do I accept it?

A named person on our quoting team emails it as a PDF. Reply to that email to accept it, and the proof stage starts the same way.
